FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Before starting with your application, please review the requirements for your sector in the Application Requirements section.
Log in to the New License Application Portal with your registered email address and password.
Once logged in, fill out each section of the online application form completely. All required fields are indicated by an asterisk (*) next to the field label. Enabled fields with Optional next to the field label can be skipped.
Review your responses. Make sure all required files are uploaded and are within the allowed number and size limit.
Submit your application. You will receive an email to your registered email address upon successful submission.

Log in to the License Renewal Portal from the ROPDMS Online website with your registered email address and the Control Number of the license you would like to renew.
Once logged in, you will be presented with a table containing the details of your existing license. For the details that you would like to update, provide the new detail to the corresponding row in the fourth column (Change Data To).
Review your responses. Make sure all required files are uploaded and are within the allowed number and size limit.
Submit your application. You will receive an email to your registered email address upon successful submission.
Access the portal from the PhilFIDA Regulatory site.
Fill out the form according to the numbering of the sections or fields.
In the Owner section (1), the dropdown list is separated between licensed and non-licensed stakeholders. Select your Establishment Name. If you are a licensed stakeholder, your name should appear in the list. If you are not listed, select “NON-LICENSED” from the dropdown list. This will show a new section where you can register your details. Click the Save button to save your details. This will also automatically fill out the Owner section fields.
In the Consignee section (2), the dropdown list is separated between licensed and non-licensed stakeholders. Select your Consignee’s Establishment Name. If they are a licensed stakeholder, their name should appear in the list. If they are a non-licensed establishment, select “NON-LICENSED” from the dropdown list. This will show a new section where you can register your Consignee’s details. Click the Save button to save the details. This will also automatically fill out the Consignee section fields.
For the Particulars of Fibers section (6), the Kind of Fiber field (5) is required. Use the Add Item button to add each grade of the selected fiber.
For the Upload section (7), upload up to five files of the allowed file type, with each not exceeding 100MB in size.
The Certification section is automatically populated with details from the Owner/Consignee section.
Double-check the details.
Click the Submit button. If any required fields are skipped, you will receive a notification to first fill out these fields. Submitting the form sends an email to relevant stakeholders.

In the Establishment section, the fields are disabled and populated based on the login credentials.
In the Consignee section, select the Consignee from the dropdown list. If the Consignee is not in the list, add them using the Add Consignee button.
For the Particulars of Fibers section, the Kind of Fiber field is required. Use the Add Item button to add each grade of the selected fiber. To add a grade, the Kilos Per Bale field is required.
For the Upload section, upload up to five files of the allowed file type, with each not exceeding 100MB in size.
Double-check the details.
